- POSTAGE..........for mainland Spain and Central Europe, the standard delivery charge is 5.00€ to 10.00€ (depending on the quantity of items ordered) for pieces under 150€. However for more expensive items, special delivery should be considered and I will advise as necessary. Please allow 28 days for delivery, although I endeavour to send all goods when possible, on receipt of payment. Delivery to any location in the world is available and for locals or visitors to the coast, appointments can be made for person to person delivery.
- TERMS & CONDITIONS......for hygiene reasons only, earrings are non-refundable. However, all other stock items can be exchanged for pieces of the same value or above. Conditions require that the person returning said goods must cover the cost of insured return postage to TG JEWELLERY, Spain and that all goods must be returned within 14 days of initial receipt.
- PAYMENT..... personal cheque and bank transfers are the methods of payment currently acceptable.
